Verne is a Poodle, an artist with the patience of a tinkerer and the timing of a comedian. Verne keeps a notebook of suspicious sounds, none of them solved. Pups recognise Verne from the back, which is a compliment in The Yard whether or not it sounds like one. Every so often Verne stumbles on a relic too odd to explain and wisely decides to explain it anyway. Academic detail: Finished pup school with a 4.00 GBS (Gud Boy Scale), top of the litter and quietly proud about it.
